Walpole’s first quality, handcrafted small buildings are true to a modular design first created by renowned architect Royal Barry Wills. These impressive buildings are of modular design, with pre-assembled, pre-drilled standard sections that are joined by bolts. This allows each building to be easily set up, or dismantled and moved. Depending on the size you choose – and the numerous options in doors, windows, siding and stain options – buildings can function as a studio, home office, guest house, cabana, garden storage area, and more.

We also partner with Pine Harbors, a family-owned Massachusetts company with a proud 30-year reputation in crafting small buildings.

Choose from Pine Harbors Signature Series buildings in standard designs of post-and-beam-framing shipped as kit construction with pre-cut components. Your custom Signature building can be constructed on site.  

Or, consider Pine Harbors’ Designer Buildings. This series is panelized with pre-cut floors, prefinished walls, and pre-cut roof components. Select a roof style and then personalize your building by choosing from a selection of doors, windows, trim, siding, colors and custom options.
